Terms of Service

Palindrome provides software for ESG data collection, approvals, evidence tracking, customer ESG packs, and reporting readiness.

Customers and users must use Palindrome only for lawful business, ESG, sustainability, governance, compliance, and reporting purposes.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, authorization, notices, consents, and review of records, uploads, exports, reports, and public share links created in their workspaces.

Customers are responsible for managing user access, role assignments, and the disclosure of exported reports or evidence outside Palindrome.

Palindrome can generate calculations, readiness views, exports, reports, and customer packs from workspace data.

Customers must review generated outputs before relying on them for disclosure, filing, certification, tenders, financing, board reporting, or customer requests.

Users must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, access another organization without permission, or upload data they are not authorized to process.

Customers should promptly remove access for users who no longer need the workspace, especially where ESG records contain employee, worker, grievance, complaint, salary, permit, passport, or other personal data.
